陽光下的遠行

每年六月的第一個禮拜五為  國際甜甜圈日 National Doughnut Day，許多甜甜圈店會免費送大家一個甜甜圈喔。

甜甜圈，這個用麵粉、砂糖、奶油和雞蛋混合後油炸的甜食，美味可口一吃上癮。

過境墨西哥機場時巧遇  Krispy Kreme，正好當作飯後甜點。口味分別是  glaseada con canela (glazed with cinnamon), cajeta (caramel), s’mores , dona blueberry (blueberry doughnut), yummy!

除了  甜甜圈，近幾年很夯的可頌甜甜圈  Cronut，也是螞蟻族不可少的糧食。

甜甜圈雖然不是健康的食物，但是好吃又療愈，讓人不想戒掉啊。
