一部 IMAX 3D 的希臘神話奇幻冒險動作片，是 2010 年《Clash of the Titans》這部電影的的續集。

The film was converted to 3D in post-production，根據 Greek mythology 希臘神話故事，描述天神 Zeus (Liam Neeson) 要求他半人半神的兒子 Perseus (Sam Worthington) 幫忙對抗即將突破囚禁在冥獄 Tartarus 的祖父 Krónos，who was the leader and the youngest of the first generation of Titans.
隨後，天神 Zeus 與他的兄弟海神 Poseidon (Danny Huston) 被另一個兄弟冥王 Hades (Ralph Fiennes) 攻擊，並且遭到天神 Zeus 的另一個兒子戰神 Ares (Edgar Ramirez) 的背叛，Ares 並將父親天神 Zeus 囚禁在冥獄。
人間遭受冥界力量的襲擊，憂心的 Perseus 乘坐著飛天神馬 Pegasus 去拜訪女王 Queen Andromeda (Rosamund Pike)，並聯合他的堂兄弟，亦即叔叔海神 Poseidon 的兒子 Agenor (Toby Kebbell)，一起突破三個獨眼巨人 Cyclops 的攻擊之後，找到了 the smith god，Hephaestus (Bill Nighy)，亦即三位大神的武器 (Zeus’ Thunderbolt, Hades' Pitchfork, and Poseidon’s Trident) 的創造者，而這三個武器組合成的 Spear of Triam，就是 the only weapon that can defeat Kronos.
得到 Hephaestus 的指引，Perseus 等人一起進入 Hephaestus 所建構的通往冥獄的迷宮 Labyrinth，迷宮裡路徑迷離變幻莫測，還有牛頭人身怪獸 Minotaur 的突擊，最後終於來到冥獄，解救被囚禁的天神 Zeus。
然而，兩兄弟 Perseus 與 Ares 勝負未決，Perseus 仍須取得 Ares 握在手中的武器 Zeus's thunderbolt，雙方約在 the Temple of Gods 做決一死戰。在此同時，Ares 綁架了 Perseus 的兒子 Heleus，並帶至現場要他目睹父親的死亡 … ，最後這場殊死戰是誰勝誰負呢?
一篇落落長的 plot，是第一次寫這麼多呢。幸好這部電影是後製 3D，許多場景透過特效頗為壯觀，畫面氣勢恢宏虛幻綺麗，加上幾個熟面孔演員無形中給了一些定心丸，才能讓我耐心看完全片，不知道如果有看過第一集會不會好一點。
