參觀 Cruzan Rum Distillery 克鲁贊蘭姆酒酒廠，是 聖克洛伊 Saint Croix 的熱門景點 之一。
Rum 蘭姆酒，依原料及釀造方式，分酒色澄清的 Light Rum、金色 Gold Rum 及深褐色 Dark Rum。
蘭姆酒一般來說給人的印象是酒烈嗆口，是個只存在於調酒吧檯後的配角。其實經過陳年的頂級蘭姆酒，富含深沉醇厚、蔗糖的焦糖甜香，其特質與口感可能直逼陳年威士忌。
