農曆二月的韭菜   吃來甘甜，鮮嫩補身。

  


燉了一鍋暖呼呼香噴噴的紅酒燉牛肉 Boeuf Bourguignon，享用了滋味美妙的嫩牛肉之後，剩下來的紅酒湯汁可是精華喔，拿來做紅酒燉飯Red Wine Risotto 再好不過了。
