紅酒料理好滋味 - II - 紅酒燉飯 Red Wine R  


燉了一鍋暖呼呼香噴噴的紅酒燉牛肉 Boeuf Bourguignon,享用了滋味美妙的嫩牛肉之後,剩下來的紅酒湯汁可是精華喔,拿來做紅酒燉飯Red Wine Risotto 再好不過了。
