Rosebud Tea.jpg

For winter's rains and ruins are over,

And all the season of snows and sins;

The days dividing lover and lover,

The light that loses, the night that wins;

And time remembered is grief forgotten,

And frosts are slain and flowers begotten,

And in green underwood and cover

Blossom by blossom the spring begins.

by Algernon Charles Swinburne

first chorus from Atalanta in Calydon

I like tea, rosebud is one of my faves. With lovely flowery aroma, one of some pampering gifts from R, rosebud tea is a charming and romantic delight for me. While sipping the elegant brew, I feel spring is coming through.

It's Spring Forward on Sunday, March 9, 2014. During DST (Daylight Saving Time), clocks are turned forward an hour, effectively moving an hour of daylight from the morning to the evening.

The U.S. begins Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. local time on the second Sunday in March and reverts to Standard Time at 2:00 a.m. local time on the first Sunday in November. DST is not observed in Hawaii or Arizona, with the exception of the Navajo Nation, which does observe DST, even in Arizona.
