現場提供許多來自墨西哥的龍舌蘭酒   Tequila 與梅茲卡爾酒   Mezcal。



 

Tequila 與   Mezcal：Mezcal is defined as any agave-based liquor. This includes tequila, which is made in specific regions of Mexico and must be made from only blue agave (agave tequilana). Mezcal can be made from more than 30 varieties of agave.

搭配各種墨西哥食物




tortilla chips、ensalada、sour cream




guacamole、salsa、chicken taquitos




rice、black beans、pinto beans、pronto queso




Tequila：made from at least 51% blue agave, grown and harvested within the designated tequila producing area, bottled at 40-55% alcohol by volume




 

Mezcal：The worm was actually in mescal to verify the strength of the mezcal. The “worm” is not a worm, it is larva.

NOM (Norma Oficial Mexicana)：official standard for tequila regulated by Mexican government
