Two months after their marriage, a car accident puts Paige (Rachel McAdams) in a coma, and when she wakes up with severe memory loss, her husband Leo (Channing Tatum) works to win her heart again.

改編自真實故事（The Vow: The Kim and Krickitt Carpenter Story），（The Vow）是一部感人的文藝劇情片，R 與我都覺得滿好看的。現實生活中的女主角雖然到目前為止尚未恢復失去的記憶，但是男女主角已經重拾愛情，也有兩個小孩了，很替他們高興喔。
