3/17 聖派崔克節 Saint Patrick's Day 又要到了，R 家族有著愛爾蘭血統，小時候家裡會準備應景的傳統 corned beef and cabbage。後來 R 出外求學工作，久而久之就沒有特別張羅過節了，這會兒，倒是我這個外國老婆喜歡節慶愛湊熱鬧。

周末，淡淡的三月天，享受著悠閒的每一刻，不做花時間一大鍋的 corned beef and cabbage 了，改做精巧的 corned beef with soda bread sandwich 輕食，配上愛爾蘭奶酒與起司。
