每回來到義大利的翡冷翠 Firenze〈佛羅倫斯〉，不論行程如何的緊湊忙碌，我們總會有著默契，那就是無論如何，鐵定至少要有一頓晚餐是享用當地特產的炭烤白牛肉〈Chianina 品種的牛〉牛排，也就是俗稱的佛羅倫斯牛排〈Bistécca alla Fiorentina〉。當然啦，能多安排幾頓的話就更好了。
