難得在西式超市的鮮魚櫃裡，看到野生的鯊魚魚排，這才想起已經很久沒有嚐到鯊魚了。記得上一次吃的是鯊魚煙配上芥末醬油，是多年前回台灣，在麵攤兒上點的眾多小菜之一。
